The Global Innovation Forum on Plants and Human Health is an international forum dedicated to exploring the connection between plants and human health. The forum gathers experts, scholars, and industry representatives from around the world to discuss the potential and applications of plants in healthcare and therapy, as well as their impact on human health.

This forum is hosted by the Macau University of Science and Technology, the Macau Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the Macau Nutrition Association. It is co-organized by the Asia Pacific Alliance for Obesity and Sarcopenia Metabolism (APAOSM), the New Drug Industrialization Alliance of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and the Nutrilite Health Institute. The forum, named "Sam Kong Forum" (HOU KONG, HSIANG KONG, and CHU KONG), covers various topics including the relationship between plants and human nutrition, plants and metabolic health, plants and human aging, and plants and sustainable development. Participants will share their research findings, practical experiences, and innovative ideas, and engage in deep discussions on how to maximize the use of plants to promote human health.

Additionally, this forum provides a platform to foster interdisciplinary and industry collaboration, helping to advance the translation and application of scientific research outcomes, and promoting the development and innovation of the plant and human health industries, thus enhancing the health and well-being of the global public. All academics are welcome to register and submit their papers.
